When/Why did you start lifting weights – started lifting seriously in my late 20’s

What’s your strongest muscle group?: legs

What's your weakest muscle group?: shoulders

How do people, men in particular, react to you lifting weights and/or being

muscular?: most are impressed by my strength; most are not put off by the muscularity because I try to keep it as feminine as possible. Of course, there are a few who are completely put off and see it as very masculine and something a woman should never be. I go by what I want and feel comfortable with.

Have you ever been challenged in sports or in the weight room by a guy?: have been challenged by strength lifts in the gym – friendly matches

What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting? Going to try to turn pro with keeping my physique and my look feminine.
